We can help you through the annual accounts process, After the end of its financial year, your private limited company must prepare: full (‘statutory’)annual accounts and a Company Tax Return. Our fixed price covers both of these, note that only the tax return is required for sole traders.
We understand that it can be a complicated process to close down your business, so we offer a range of accounting liquidation services to make it as easy as possible. The time it may take to bring the accounts up to date so they are ready for liquidation, costs NOK 749 per hour, billed per elapsed minute.
